First District-Level Estimates of Unincorporated Non-Agricultural Sector

The National Statistical Office (NSO), Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) publishes district-level estimates of India’s unincorporated non-agricultural sector for the first time. The estimates are based on ASUSE 2025 data and cover unincorporated, non-agricultural establishments across India with specified exclusions.

Reference period	The reference period is monthly.
Technology used for data collection	Data collection is conducted using Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) on tablets.
